My office is in your neighbourhood to serve you in several ways:

Information
Our primary function is to provide you with information regarding Provincial Government and non-government services. We assist constituents in finding agencies that would best meet most needs. We also assist constituents to find relevant legislation and policies and have in our office pamphlets, brochures and booklets on a wide range of subjects relating to provincial matters. Contact us and tell us what you want to know and what you think. Your information is just as important to us as what we can provide for you.

Supporting the Community
By working to provide you with information and providing a means by which you can share your association’s information with all of us, we are working to strengthen community awareness and connections. Many organizations have directories of their own and both this webpage and the MATRIX directory are a means to access these additional resources located in our neighbourhood. We will be happy to include your coming events on our calendar!

Public Relations
Our office works diligently in keeping you informed of the latest issue, changes in policies and legislation and the subsequent impacts of these on our neighbours. We anticipate you will find the detailed information included on Guy’s “In the Legislature” and “Comments on Local Issues” useful. We also include the press releases and media articles on recent issues. Your feedback will guide what we will include for your benefit and interest.

Advocacy and Referral
At times constituents may encounter challenges or find themselves with few options. Our office can assist by clarifying policies and processes where possible, making recommendations on how to resolve an issue, and/or contacting relevant ministries or agencies on a constituent’s behalf. We are here to help you find the resources you need to address your concerns. Be assured we will treat your concerns with complete confidentiality and discretion.
