There really is only a few things we want to specialize with, red wine, white wine, fruit wine, ice wine, port & sherry.

You can choose to buy it & make it at home or let us make it for you.

To make things more interesting there are over 320 types of wine to choose from. We have wines with grape skins & all-juice wines (no water added). There are sweet wines, dry wines, blush wines, strong with full body to light body wines.

When we do have to add water to make wine we use filtered water. The wine generally tastes better if you don’t have chlorine in it. If you prefer, we also have wines that is free from genetically modified organisms.

You can choose from Merlot, French Wines, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Italian Wines, Shiraz, Gewurztraminer, Chianti, Californian Wines, Barolo, or Pinot Blanc, & many more, by now you get the idea, there is quite a lot of choice.

There are also some wines you won’t be able to drink for 4 to 6 months, so it may begin to age properly in the bottle.

We have the knowledge and excitement about wines so it is now no longer a job or business, but rather a passion.

It is however impossible to know everything, so when something does come up and we don’t know the answer, we will do our best to find it.

We also have the equipment so if you wish to make your own wine at home we have everything you need. Sometimes it takes a day or two to get from our suppliers.

Finally, we have hand painted wine glasses by a local artist. They are beautiful. If you are looking for a unique gift for the wine lover you know, this is it. That something extra you were looking for.

One last thing to mention we have gift certificates.
