This residence has 321 private units with private baths, small refrigerators and convenience bars. Handicapped units are available. Features include a lounge with fireplace, elevator, 24 hour self service kitchen, large multimedia room, a living room with fireplace and a piano, dining room and commercial kitchen with a fully qualified chef to prepare all meals. Each room is wired for private telephone line and cable hookup. Free local channel TV signal is provided to every room. The main doors are double locked with an intercom to provide superior site security.

The residence is wheelchair and walker accessible. Overnight visitors are welcome with meals provided at a nominal cost. One site amenities include a hair-salon with service at cost. Free laundry facilities are available. A Minivan is available for residents for local trips, outings or doctor's appointments.

A professional dietitian is available to design a personal mean plan if medical reasons require. SAFER grants are available for low income residents.
