Youth Net Delta is an interactive mental health promotion program for high school youth aimed at reducing the stigma of mental illness and creating a supportive climate for youth to access help for mental health concerns.

Youth Net offers youth facilitated discussion groups about mental, stress and mental illnesses loosely structure around 5 questions:

What is Mental Health?
What is Mental Illness?
What issues are you dealing with?
How do you deal with them?
Do you know who you could trust in your school, community and personal life to help you?

Discussions are led by youth; generally university students who are studying in an appropriate academic field and often have personal life experiences with mental illness.
